No better way to start a new year than with a week-long trip to San Diego! Meghan and I flew out on New Year's Day and spent the next 6 days doing all sorts of amazing things. We experienced the world-famous San Diego Zoo, took a 9-hour plus road trip (one way!) out to see the Grand Canyon, hung out with some old friends, and hit up Balboa Park and La Jolla. The story of our trip must have been a comedy because it ended with a wedding! (No, not our own! ;) Thanks to all the friends who put us up for the night, fed us, let us borrow their car and put 1200 miles on it, and went out of their way to spend time with us. You guys are the best!
